In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection,” the right to exchange or return a product is retained for 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return and Exchange Policy:

A mandatory condition for the exchange or return of goods is the preservation of their original commercial condition, including intact packaging and the presence of tags, labels, and hangtags, as well as the absence of any signs of use.
The cost of return and exchange shipping is borne by the customer.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or a discrepancy between the delivered goods and the ordered items, return and exchange shipping costs are covered by the online store.
The following items are NOT eligible for return or exchange: products manufactured according to the customer’s individual measurements (including lengthened or shortened sleeves, lengthened or shortened trousers, etc.), items in a color not originally offered for the respective model, products with individual embroidery (logos), as well as handmade brooches.
Items in sizes 54, 56, 58, and 60 are not eligible for return or exchange.
A mandatory condition for a refund is the completion of the return form included in the parcel with the purchased items. All fields of the form must be completed, placed inside the parcel, and the shipment must be sent to the details specified in the form.
Refunds are processed within 2–4 days, but no later than 7 business days from the date the parcel is received by a representative of the online store, provided that all return and exchange conditions are met.
