If you received a product that does not have any defects, but does not suit you in shape, color, dimensions, style or size, then according to the legislation of Ukraine you can exchange or return such a product.

The Law on Consumer Protection enshrines the buyer’s right to return and exchange the product within 14 days from the date of its purchase.

Rules for returning (exchange) goods:

A mandatory condition for exchange or return is the preservation of the product appearance (integrity of the packaging, the presence of tags, labels, labels), the absence of traces of use.
The return and exchange of goods is carried out at the expense of the buyer.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-compliance with the ordered items, the return of the goods is carried out at the expense of the online store.
Products made to the customer’s measurements (extended or shortened sleeves, extended or shortened trousers, etc.), a color that is not represented in this model, products with individual embroidery (logo), as well as handmade brooches are NOT subject to return and exchange.
Products in sizes 54, 56, 58 and 60 are not subject to exchange and return.
A mandatory condition for the return of funds is to fill out the return form. Print and fill out all the fields in the return form and enclose it in the package. Send the package using the details specified in the form.
The refund is made within 3-7, but no longer than 14 business days from the moment the package is received by the online store representative, provided that all return and exchange rules are followed.
