The following items are not eligible for exchange or return: 1) products made to the customer’s measurements (long or short sleeves, long or short pants, etc.), 2) products in the customer’s individual color (in a color that is not presented in the ordered model on the website), 3) products with individual embroidery (logo), and 4) handmade brooches.
